  • Co-Founder, Managing Director

    Craig has closed over $4 billion in commercial real estate transactions including over $400 million of self-storage. Prior to co-founding Newcoast, Craig was an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate. Craig led originations for PGIM’s Chicago office covering clients based in the Midwest and Canada. Prior to joining PGIM, Craig worked for GE Capital Real Estate in the US and Europe focusing on both debt and equity.

    Craig earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a concentration in finance and economics. Craig earned a BA in Finance from Loyola University in Maryland. Craig is active in ULI, NAIOP, and has been a featured speaker for the Self Storage Association.

    Michael is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Newcoast Real Estate LLC. He has closed 600+ properties across seven asset classes and has acquired and developed more than 1.8 million square feet of self-storage.

    Before Newcoast he worked for a self-storage operator and for American Postal Infrastructure. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Westminster Capital.

    Michael earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

    Jack brings 30+ years of real estate leadership, including CFO roles at institutional and entrepreneurial investment platforms, overseeing accounting, treasury, compliance, capital markets and investor relations.

    He has originated and structured debt across construction, bridge, and permanent financing through multiple market cycles.

    Jack is a CPA and earned a BS in Accountancy from Michigan State University.
