This policy explains what information Newcoast Real Estate ("Newcoast," "we," "us") collects when you visit newcoastre.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you send us. When you email us, for example through a "Start a conversation" or "Investor inquiries" button, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request.

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and it has no account sign-up. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own site.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry about selling a facility, investing with us or anything else you ask.
To keep the website secure, working and protected against abuse.
To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, financing or sale of our business.

Links to other sites

Our site links to services we don't control, including our investor portal (operated by InvestNext) and LinkedIn. Information you provide on those sites is governed by their own privacy policies. Investor information collected through the portal or offering documents is handled under those separate terms.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records, or as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep. Email contact@newcoastre.com with "Privacy" in the subject and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don't email sensitive financial details such as account numbers.

Children

This website is intended for business and investment audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page and change the date below.
