Newcoast Real Estate is committed to making newcoastre.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

The standard we follow

We design and test this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the standard most commonly used to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for websites.

What we've done

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
• Text and controls meet WCAG color-contrast requirements, including text placed over photography and video.
• Motion respects your device's "reduce motion" setting, and the background video can be paused.
• The facility map has a full text equivalent: every property is listed with its location, size and status.
• Background videos are silent and decorative, and each video on the site is described in text.
• The layout adapts to small screens, 400% zoom and enlarged text without losing content.
• We test with automated tools (axe-core) in a real browser and with manual keyboard checks.

Known limitations

• The investor portal is run by a third party (InvestNext) and is outside our direct control. If you have trouble using it, contact us and we'll help.
